Important Information
1. Your item will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase and you will be mailed with the tracking details so you can track your item on line to your door. If you are unavailable a card will be left at your door - you are responsible for arranging redelivery. If the item is is not collected it will be returned to us and there is a handling charge of £7.95 for resending. Provided you speak with the delivery company this is always avoidable.
2. We do not under any circumstances refund postage packaging or Insurance costs on returns.
3. Any footwear returns is subject to a £2.50 restocking charge.
4. Refunds are made by Cheque within 7 working days of the item being returned. You are responsible for delivery back to us we can arrange for a courier to collect from you at a charge of £8.95
All returns must be made to us within 7 working days in the same conditon as they were sent out to you.
